Tulip ‘Fabio’

Fringed Tulip ‘Fabio’ is a gorgeous mid-season tulip variety, and it has certainly caught the eye of enthusiasts. It has performed wonderfully well in trials and now gardeners are starting to buy it in their thousands. The dark, orange-red petals of Tulip ‘Fabio’ have all the frills—they are tipped with yellow, fringed edges, making for an unusual combination in both colour and form. These flowers, which appear over several weeks in spring, really stand out from the classic mid-green leaves. Their unique shape creates beautiful texture in the garden.
