Tulip ‘Princess Angelique’

Tulip ‘Princess Angelique’ has only recently come on to the market, and we predict it will be a top-selling tulip for many years to come. It boasts large double flowers, in gorgeous shades of deep rose pink, cupped and overlapped by striking outer petals usually with fresh, green stripes. The blooms sit atop strong stems 45cm long. Grow this tulip in beds or borders, but if you grow it in a patio container near to a seating area, you will be able to enjoy the stunning flowers at close range. 

The blooms of Tulip ‘Princess Angelique’ come over several weeks, usually in May. And, giving even better value for money, it often offers up more than one blossom per stem.  Don’t forget, too, that this tulip makes an amazing cut flower, giving a striking look to both single-variety arrangements or mixed bouquets. Tulip ‘Princess Angelique’, which is in tulip Division 11, known as the Double Late Group, is a sister plant to Tulip ‘Angélique’’ one of the top-selling tulips of all time!
