Tulip ‘Slawa’

Pay some attention to the Tulip ‘Slawa’ (a.k.a. ‘Muvota’), a triumph tulip that will put some real punch into your colour scheme! From a deep purplish brown centre, the petals fade to copper coloured edges which turn almost a silvery colour as the bloom matures.

Use these tulips as a group or as an accent among other Tulips that flower in mid to late spring. You won’t be sorry! Tulip Slawa is considered to be what we call a “strain” of Tulip ‘Gavota’. Tulip ‘Slawa’ was discovered in the Tulip ‘Gavota’ fields by accident. We knew this would be a winner and started hybridizing this variety.
